Today we recognize our newest communications associate, Kambren Stanley. A recent graduate of Indiana University Kokomo, she joined MCCI in March and has quickly become a valuable asset to both the PR and Marketing teams. Kambren has a bright and bubbly personality that makes working with her a joy. Read what Kambren has to say about MCCI below!
What do you love about MCCI?
I love that MCCI is a place where I can grow and voice my creative ideas, as well as help clients reach communication goals.
Explain your role as part of the MCCI family.
My role involves social media for a range of clients, generating PR reports and social media reports for clients, handling our own social media and blog content and stepping in where needed!
What’s the most challenging part of your job? Most rewarding?
The most challenging part is probably understanding how to change the voice for each client that you work with so that the messaging is correct and accurate for their specific needs. The most rewarding is knowing that the client likes our work and that I am helping their organization achieve their goals while also challenging my skills so that I can improve.
How do you spend your time outside the office?
I spend my time drinking wine, golfing with my boyfriend and exploring the Detroit area for new, exciting activities.
Who is a character from a TV show or a book that you’ve always resonated with?
I would say that my awkwardness and quirky traits but can be very witty if I want to be are a little like Pam from The Office (so I have been told).
