This week we are recognizing our Senior Editor Jared Bauman of the MCCI video team. After successfully running his own business, and with over 16 years of experience in the video production/post production industry, he is certainly the video team’s go-to guy! His expertise in video production allows MCCI to offer a high end product to our clients. Read what Jared has to say about MCCI below!
1. What do you love about MCCI?
One thing I really like about MCCI is the people that I work with. We have such a great collection of professionals that form a light, fun and creative environment.
2. Explain your role as a part of the MCCI family?
I am responsible for producing, shooting, editing and seeing projects through their completion.
3. What’s the most challenging part of your job? Most rewarding?
The most challenging part of my job would have to be keeping up with the ever changing technology, which is also one of the most exciting things about my job. The video industry is constantly evolving. The most rewarding part of my job lies in the finished project.
4. How do you spend your time outside of the office?
I spend my time outside of the office with my family and friends. I especially enjoy weekends spent boating and playing basketball at my cottage with my beautiful wife Krissy and my two children, Drew and Emma.
5. If you were playing hide and seek in the office, where would you hide?
I'd hide in the Murphy editing suite (like I do most days) because it has no windows and no way for people to bother me.
