What do you love about MCCI?
I love the people at MCCI - they’re smart, fun and play well with others. The new MCCI office is very cool and great for team collaboration.
Explain your role as a part of the MCCI family?
As a Senior Communications Consultant I work with a number of clients on a variety of communications projects including news media relations; newsletter management; research; and copywriting.
What’s the most challenging part of your job? Most rewarding?
Writing is the most challenging because I’m always looking for creative ways to convey an idea or tell a story that grab the reader and keeps them engaged. The most rewarding part of my job is solving a problem or meeting a challenge in a way that goes beyond merely satisfying the client, but delighting them as well.
How do you spend your time outside of the office?
I like spending my time doing anything outdoors. I enjoy biking with my husband, walking my two rescued Australian Shepherds and gardening. I have also recently fallen in love with golf. And, who doesn’t enjoy the escape that traveling and/or reading allows?
What inspires you?
I’m very inspired when I’m working with a great team like the one at MCCI, sharing ideas, solving problems and having fun while we’re at it.
