At MCCI, we love telling our clients’ stories, and explaining to the world why they are different, through multiple diverse channels. And it is always an honor when the industry recognizes our work.
MCCI recently won a 2017 Bronze Telly Award for 3D video work completed with General Broach.
General Broach requested MCCI’s help to highlight its two-story CNC Table-Up Surface Broaching Machine during the 2016 International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS). MCCI achieved this by producing a three dimensional, high resolution video since the machine is too large to display in a trade show booth.
To produce the highest quality video product for its client, MCCI used a HD 3D video camera with dual lenses which allows for a realistic, life-like image to be recorded in a manner that mimics a person’s visual perception. Using a 3D camera goes beyond just point and shoot, as distance, lighting and the object itself need to be taken into consideration. This allows the image to “pop” and create the best 3D visual experience.
What truly makes this video unique is the final 3D visual image. Not only did MCCI capture original 3D images of the machine, it also created all of the additional graphics in 3D, cultivating a captivating viewer experience.
The Telly Awards is the premier award honoring the best in TV and Cable, Digital and Streaming, and Non-Broadcast Productions. They are awarded to companies and agencies that have transcended their innovation and craft into work that is recognized throughout their industry.
Again, this award is an honor, and the MCCI team is grateful to have amazing clients that trust us to do creative, original work on their behalf!
